Sleep is a natural state of resting during which eyes are closed and leads to become unconscious. It is the natural periodic suspension of consciousness during which the power of the body are restored. Sleep is distinguish from wakefulness by a decreased ability to react to stimuli, but is more easily reversed than the state of being comatose

A well-known feature of sleep is the dream, an experience typically recounted in narrative form, which resembles waking life while in progress, but which usually can later be distinguished as fantasy.

A very busy lifestyle has substantially altered sleep timing in industrialized cities. For instance, a situation of Leo who leaves in one of the cities, he is so busy, in fact, that frequently he has to sleep whilst doing other things such as, in office, transit in train or bus, watching television. The trouble is, he finds people keep trying to talk to him or otherwise bother him in the middle of his dreamy time.

So, over the years, Leo has evolved a special kind of ability. When is fast asleep, and someone asks him something like: are you watching the television? Or are you done treating the files? Or do you mind if I close the window? Or sometimes calling is attention by telling him: your food is ready. Or you have a phone call. Or whatever, he replies from the depth of his slumbers.

“I’m sleeping.” But is he?
